I'm like, Oh my gosh, you didn't even you didn't About the luncheon and I had so much to do that afternoon. Yeah. Adam Curry: And so I get this email. I'm here, you know, doing stuff making donuts. I got like, we have to eat dinner like four o'clock. I'll explain later. No, I Tina Curry: said we have to record early, like four o'clock sound just a little bit. Oh my god just as bad spitting. We were supposed to go Thursday morning, but we're going to leave really early. And Don, who had left before us said the traffic was terrible. So we were like our flight to San Antonio. So that was changed plans last minute. Adam Curry: So people have to understand a couple things about my beautiful wife my clean. This does not fly with you, though. Because you bactine everything I do into I mean, you could you could be a DJ talking up intros. You back time, everything into exactly everything. You know, when you're going to pack the suitcase, or when you're going to do this. Everything is all completely set. This was a monkey wrench of epic proportions in your life. And you can hold on a second. You're skipping a major part. Oh, I did it. You come home. You're like, this is a show.

Like I've done everything packed and everything like you could have easily done a show if it was a short show. Yeah, yeah. It was hilarious. And now she just scrolling on the Insta. Yeah, yeah. Doom scrolling, as we say in the old country stalking his fascination looks good on you.

It felt like we were gone for two weeks. I'm not kidding you. That's it was just boom, boom, boom. So we get in the car. I mean, I go to pastor Jimmy and and that's house and then we get in there. I pull my car in their garage, and we take their car and we go and we spend the night at this hotel by the airport, which means I'm Adam Curry: a fan of the fan of airport. No staying the night before staying there in general. I love airport hotels. So the Tina Curry: cool thing about this airport hotel so they offer dinner so you get free dinner and then that you get Adam Curry: free free buffet. Yeah. Yeah. What hotel Tina Curry: was called The Drew drew Drury jewelry. And Adam Curry: this is like a $200 a night airport. It was Tina Curry: fantastic. And so you get free dinner and you get three drinks. Sorry.

8:26 Adam Curry: And did you use your allotment? Tina Curry: So the first because we're like, oh, you're Adam Curry: drunk. I can hear it was great. I, by the way, doesn't drink with me. For weeks. You might as well grab some crack on the way and just you know darken the windows. Okay, nice. Nice. All right. So with the pastor and his wife no less makes total sense. I'm getting the Tina Curry: first the first class you get there's like two ounces in the glass bogus. bogus. We can see why they give up Adam Curry: in a plastic cup or Tina Curry: so we what was it wine? It was wine. I got one. We all got wines and Adam Curry: just Rando wine. Yeah, it was red or white.

9:15 Tina Curry: I had white they had red. So when we went up to get the second glass, it was KeyBanc was like nine ounces. Like Adam Curry: who got the Jimmy go get that? Yeah. Pastor Jimmy to the rescue. We Tina Curry: didn't I didn't drink it. I couldn't drink it. So. So the hotel you know, it was the airport hotel. Some of them were really nice. Some of them this one was kind of general I'm a fan and we also got free breakfast in the morning too. So free breakfast so no complaints. I didn't actually eat because I wasn't hungry because I ate so late. So then we get the early morning flight. So Karen meets us Andreea meets us we're all going to hold this is the Adam Curry: burn bridge church. Gang. This is the mafia the mafia is on their way to the MAR a Lago bridge church mosque.

Like if I can just say from an observational standpoint, she seems like the kind of lady that would have a bigger suitcase. Yeah.

10:41 Tina Curry: Well, so we finally got to Florida and we got to the hotel. The Hilton Palm Beach Hilton, which was horrible. It was by far the worst hotel really, I believe, I believe one of the worst hotels. I would have to say. Utah in Las Vegas. That one was pretty bad, too. I don't know. We went to see the Bruno Mars. Oh, my camping trip. Oh, that was equally as bad. That was terrible. Oh my god. No, it was terrible. So the driveway, Adam Curry: we had the the handicap suite. Tina Curry: I did. Yes. Adam Curry: So you got like a really big shower. No, I Tina Curry: had the handicap room at the airport. No, but we had adjoining rooms as pastor Jimmy Adam Curry: no less a bolts to you. Please. But it was the bathroom Tina Curry: floor was sticky. Ah, my shoes the whole time. I was we were only there for less than 24 hours. So we get we finally get there. We check in growth hotel just gross. And then we get in the room more like, we get a text message. We need to be ready in 45 minutes. So it was like oh, is it who's organizing everything they wanted to meet down in the bar?

Well, Don Tina Curry: was there and I will not name Daddy was there. Adam Curry: I wish everybody knew all these people there that would have wonderful, they're lovely. I'm kind of jealous that I wasn't there. I would have had a fabulous time. So we're all decked out. You know. Tina Curry: Jimmy had his tux on. He looked phenomenal. And that looked gorgeous. And her little sequins didn't look Adam Curry: too bad yourself there Mrs. Curry and I saw what you were wearing. Thank you. Recycled. Recycled. Yeah. Is a tapa. Pretty cool. That strapless strap. Yeah. Yeah, topless strap. Whatever.

12:32 Tina Curry: Yeah. And so anyway, so we ended up driving to mar Lago and so here's the thing now Adam Curry: it's like a clown car. You know, like, aw bug comes out of it like all these people from Fredericksburg. Oh, Tina Curry: no, it was only four of us. Okay, and it was a Volvo. It was. I think it was a bowl. It was nice. Anyway, Adam Curry: now that's sexy. That's arriving right there. Hey, there Mar Lago. We're from Fredericksburg. We're in a Volvo. At least we're safe. Nobody. It's boxy, but it's safe. Tina Curry: But nobody. I mean, nobody noticed the car because the Adam Curry: interesting thing this is not Adam curry style by the way. YEAH. Jimmy said, bro, if I was with you guys, we would have had a limo and we would have had a suburban or something. This is I can't believe all right, anyway. Oh, Tina Curry: you're so snooty. So Tina Curry: we go into Mar Lago that thing that I was in there was surprised about it's not on the intercoastal it's not on the intercoastal which I thought was yes. At least the part where we were was not on the intercoastal Yeah, it actually yeah, it's inland so I mean, it's on the island. What's your first impression?

Um, so no, so we get there so it's a poolside reception and so we sat poolside poolside until the screening started and explain Adam Curry: what this was this because what was this event really for? Okay, that was for America now with you with each other. Okay.

Right? So, Laura Logan, who has a connection to Karen, right. That's how Karen knew about the event. And Karen invited me along with several other people to go. So that's how we know so and so what they were doing at this event was they were screening Mike Smith's movie into light, which we'd seen previous right to right. And he basically talks about, you know, the, the underbelly of the, of the of Hollywood and a lot of other things. Yeah, surprise, surprise. Yeah. So, so, and Vivec Ramaswamy was there, because Adam Curry: it was getting vague like steak, vague, like vague.

15:41 Tina Curry: And so I mean, it was a we were around the pool, and then they had some rappers up there talking about Trump. You know, Trump, this rappers Adam Curry: rapping like your poppers? Yeah, yeah. rappers. Yeah. Hello, 1980. Tina Curry: But there was a lot of beautiful people there. I mean, our whole group looks so beautiful, but a lot of beautiful women, you know, and a few. There was 1x politician. I can't remember his last name. The guy in the wheelchair. Oh, guy, young guy who was I can't remember who he was. Kevin Sorbo was there. He's an actor. He was there. Yeah. And it was nice. And then we got all got ushered into the room into a room and you could take your picture with Vivec. And the vague, vague, and General Flynn did not I did not know I just took a picture of them with somebody taking a picture with them. You just didn't feel like no, I don't want to know. I was like, Oh, you're not Paul McCartney? No. And so then we got ushered into the screening room. And so we were welcomed by bagpipes. So there was bagpipes row of us interesting people who played the bagpipes. Yes. Their kilts drove Adam Curry: Piper's typing. Yes.

16:47 Tina Curry: And so then before we went in there, Mike, why? Any Adam Curry: connections? I have no idea. That's interesting. But before Tina Curry: we went into the screening room, Mike Smith, the director was there taking pictures of everybody. So I got a picture with Pastor Jimmy and now Mike Smith and me as I turned him, I got how many times you got to do this night? It's okay. And I go Do you have a cocktail at least? Yes. Was the answer I'm sure. And so then we went into the screening room it's interesting. Adam Curry: You passed up the the politician and wasn't and everybody else for the director. Cool. Yeah, that's kind of cool. That's that's kind of low key. Tina Curry: So we go into the ballroom, which is very opulent, lots Adam Curry: of gold. How many people how many people are there? 100.

And on both sides built in screen, like like it's for I didn't notice that Adam Curry: and how was how was the sound? I need to Tina Curry: Okay, so anyway, so several people got up Mary, Mary Flynn got up to speak and then General Flynn got up and then the vake got up and you know, and then and then they it was a fundraiser Meanwhile, Adam Curry: I'm going home to your God. Heavenly Father, please let them have a good time.

And you know, they they did a needs a needs bid, you know, like stuff you're Adam Curry: very familiar with, because you've run these sites. On top level, the way it was run for this type of stuff, because you've done these. Yeah, I Tina Curry: thought he did a good job. Yeah, I thought they did a good job. And then they they auctioned off like time with General Flynn and time with avec de vache veck. Whatever. Mr. Ramaswamy. You know, and so they may well, Adam Curry: you know, John and I had talked after the show. He's like, Is Trump gonna be there? I'm like, now he's in New York. He's, oh, man. Why are they even going on? Yeah, I'm with you, man. Like, you know, if I knew Trump wasn't going to be there, I wouldn't have gone well, what Tina Curry: Mike Smith got up and he's the director and he's going to introduce the film. And so he's going to talk to it and all of a sudden he stops talking. And he's looking and everybody turns around, and there's Trump standing there.

And I mean, it was, you know, rush, rush, rush, get here, get there, get there. And I just, I was tired. We were all tired. But it was it was definitely a trip of Adam Curry: the other celebs that were there.

Tina Curry: The reason that it was the reason that I was so anxious was because I woke up in the middle of the night and could not get back to us, Adam Curry: right?
